Start by booking a flight to either the capital of Ecuador (Quito) or Guayaquil. The flight will drop you at the Mariscal Sucre International Airport or Jose Joaquin de Olmedo.

While at any of these airports, book another flight to the Galapagos Islands. If you will take a Galapagos Cruise or a Galapagos land-based tour, it is better to purchase your ticket with the tour operator.
